This new role serves as a primary operational contact for players, families, coaches, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and community partners. Working under the direction of the Board of Directors and in coordination with Board committees, the Program Manager ensures programs and related activities are organized, safe, well-communicated, and aligned with the organization’s mission and Board-approved priorities. The Board retains responsibility for governance, strategic direction, policy, budget approval, and organizational oversight; the Program Manager implements approved programs and manages routine program operations.
